Opportunity knocks
Strategic Markets (group dental offices, school and government customers) is the fastest growing segment of the dental industry. As the Director of Strategic Markets, you will be responsible for the profitable growth of this sector. Responsibilities will include developing and executing on the strategies needed to grow this business with the goal of positioning Sinclair Dental as a leader in this space. To achieve this you will set up the company’s Strategic Markets sales and marketing plans, develop reporting and monitoring tools, manage the relationships of customers which have been onboarded and work with our sales team nationally to identify and win new customers. Lastly, you will work closely with supplier partners to develop programs specifically designed for this customer segment that bring unique value and savings for them. This all-encompassing role will enable you to utilize your entrepreneurial business, creative marketing and sales skills to drive our growth in this market.
Your story
As the ideal candidate, you bring a minimum of 10 years business and management experience, preferably in the dental or related industry. You are a leader with strong emotional intelligence who is confident yet approachable. You are also known for your coaching and mentoring skills. You are an excellent communicator with strong team building skills as well as analytical skills. You complement your experience with a College or University degree in the areas of Sales, Marketing and/or Business Administration.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a criminal and credit background check.
