The Opportunity:
As a member of the Security Consulting Team, this global leader is responsible for the sale and delivery of cybersecurity services which advise, guide and assist customers with our security products, including EnCase and Bricata, and other cyber security solutions, including Risk & Compliance Advisory, DFIR and Managed Security Services. The primary responsibility is to delight our customers throughout their journey with OpenText, ensuring they maximize the value contracted or available from our services catalog.

The leader will be responsible for managing delivery teams, including sub-contractors, leading to successful delivery for each project to ensure customer satisfaction, establishing a solid working relationship and building on that foundation to develop future engagements.

Some of your daily activities will include:
  • Planning: Ensure the team's plan achieves company goals with the continued achievement of the margin and utilization targets of the business.
  • Management: Hire, onboard, and manage performance to drive employee development and maximize retention.
  • Engagement: Ensure that the teams are achieving the revenue plan and align internal and partner resources to drive customer success and margins of the business; guaranteeing exceptional quarterly and annual sales achievement.
  • Revenue: Close new and recurring business with accounts of all sizes. Develop relationships with key customers. Provide offerings that support all types of customers in all stages of their lifecycle.
  • Leadership: Build, develop and retain high-performing teams that deliver positive contributions throughout the company.
  • Product Leadership: Become a subject matter expert in the features, benefits, and application of OpenText Security vision, product roadmaps, install base, and technologies and effectively communicate customer requirements to the product teams.
  • Strategy Development: Be a key member of the security consulting team and the SALT practice, developing strategies to achieve and surpass company goals.
  • Alignment: See that the global services offerings are in alignment with customer and company needs.
  • Other related duties as assigned
You are great at:
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Building multi-regional services and proven collaborator across functions in a matrix organization
  • Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
  • Managing projects so that they are delivered on time, on budget, and within identified scope
  • Addressing issues & escalations appropriately
  • Identifying and tracking new opportunities within accounts including the participation in business development
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and contractors and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
What it takes:
  • Domain. Experience with cybersecurity solutions (including EDR, NDR, forensics tools, collection tools, eDiscovery tools and Managed Security Services).
  • Innovator: Experience developing new service offerings and designing integrations of software solutions including to market and delivery strategies.
  • Leadership. Proven collaborator with the ability to work with all levels and departments within an organization
  • Proven. You have successfully built and led multi-regional services leadership teams and have a track record of success in sustaining, maintaining, and building revenue streams
  • Service Minded: You deliver customer engagements, through your teams like you expect to receive them - with excellence
  • Cross-Cultural Leadership: Must be willing to travel regionally and globally
  • Excellent Communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it. You know how to have real business conversations with business leaders
  • Metric Driven: Understand the numbers of your business clearly and knows what to drive to achieve success
  • Motivator. Able to hire, engage and motivate great talent.
