We are currently seeking a highly detail-oriented Document Review Specialist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in scrutinizing multiple pages of complex
documents for hours, ensuring no discrepancies and guaranteeing complete accuracy.
This role is crucial to our operations, as it directly impacts the quality of our services
and the experiences of our clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Review, scrutinize, and validate a large volume of immigration-related documents.
2. Identify and correct inconsistencies, discrepancies, and potential issues in the
documents.
3. Verify all data against supporting documents and immigration regulations to ensure
complete accuracy.
4. Liaise with other team members, immigration professionals, and clients for any
necessary clarifications or corrections.
5. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to the company's privacy policy.
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our Document Review process.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in law, business, immigration studies, or related fields.
Previous experience in immigration Document Review or a similar field will be highly
considered.
2. Proven ability to maintain focus and deliver high-quality results in tasks requiring
extensive review and attention to detail.
3. Excellent reading comprehension and communication skills.
4. Proficient in English, additional languages will be a plus.
5. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Familiarity with Canada's immigration programs and business processes will be an
asset.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience with document management systems.
2. Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
3. Comfortable dealing with complex legal and business documents.
4. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
5. Capacity to handle repetitive tasks without sacrificing quality and precision.
