```Duties:```
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situation and providing suitable loan options
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including gathering necessary documentation and completing paperwork
- Collaborate with lenders, underwriters, and other professionals to ensure a smooth loan approval process
- Educate clients on various mortgage products, interest rates, and repayment terms
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current mortgage industry regulations and guidelines

```Requirements:```
- Strong mathematical skills to accurately calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively communicate with clients and industry professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar software for organizing and analyzing financial data
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions with lenders on behalf of clients
- Knowledge of financial services and products related to mortgages
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it can help serve a diverse client base
- Experience in cash management or financial planning is beneficial
- Bilingual proficiency is highly desirable for serving clients from different language backgrounds
