Position Description:
As the email marketing manager you will lead our email marketing to drive exponential growth across Canada and the USA. You will collaborate with your team members to create email lifecycles and campaigns that provide users with timely and personalized information. The focus will be on creating campaigns that make life better for our users long term and provide genuine value. You will have the opportunity to help make downsizing and estate sales easy and simple and help save the planet by providing a new lease on life for household items.

Note: This position is a remote (work from home) position and therefore you must meet the minimum IT requirements of High speed internet, minimum speed of 10-15 Mbps download and 4-6 Mbps upload. If you are unable to meet these requirements, unfortunately, you will not be considered for this role.

What Your Day-To-Day Will Look Like:
In this role, you’ll:
Empower our users with timely and personalized notifications that help them make the most of their Maxsold experience.

Work with our product team to build seamless experiences across product and marketing.

Continually optimize existing campaigns and create new campaigns to help people find their next treasure.

Help downsizers by sharing information with potential sellers on how Maxsold can make clearing out a house easy and at the same time, find their household items an appreciative new home.

Work closely with the design and technology teams to build out custom customer journeys going beyond what can be done with off the shelf systems.

Work collaboratively with the sales and customer success teams to build cohesive leads to sales journeys.

This is an ideal role for an experienced email marketer who enjoys solving technical challenges to create world class customer experiences.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
4+ years in email marketing, lifecycle marketing or CRM marketing.

Skilled at creating HTML emails from scratch and updating templates.

Able to write copy and test copy for email marketing campaigns.

Experience in tracking the business results of email campaigns.

Experience with Sendgrid, and Marketo in both the utilization and set up.

Passion for creating the best customer experiences through timely and helpful customer journeys.

Great cross departmental collaboration skills.
