As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. You will work on a team of driven creatives and report to the Head of Ecommerce.

Responsibilities:
- Build campaign, transactional, and automated flow emails
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze data to find opportunities for segmented sends to highly engaged audiences
- Create email briefs and assign tasks for content creation
- Continually run A/B tests to increase open rates, click rates, and drive sales
- Analyze and evaluate campaign and flow performance through weekly reporting
- Identify target audiences, create segments, and conduct list cleaning to increase engagement and improve deliverability
- Strategize and execute text (SMS) marketing by integrating into the marketing calendar to drive sales while limiting excess sends to reduce unsubscribes
- Research trending email and SMS marketing strategies to remain competitive
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in an email marketing role at an Ecommerce/B2C organization
- You are a problem solver and a creative thinker who is keen to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Comfortable working in a high growth startup environment
