We are looking for an estimator/Project Manager for our growing commercial woodworking division
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Estimation
Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for millwork projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
2. Project Management:
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure timely and within-budget project completion.
3. Client Interaction:
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns, fostering strong client relationships.
4.Vendor Negotiation:
Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best materials and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
5. Quality Control:
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship in millwork projects.
6. Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure projects remain financially viable.
7. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project teams, including architects, designers, and construction crews, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
8. Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may impact project timelines or costs.
