We are looking for dedicated team members who are passionate about quality craftsmanship!
Opportunity
The Custom Wood Manufacturer works as a team member in our Custom Department to create unique wood components for our cabinets. This is a full-time, permanent position. Key objectives in the role are to:
-Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made
-Selecting the appropriate materials, fittings, and tools for each task
-Mark outlines or dimensions of parts on wood
-Operate woodworking machines, such as power saws, jointers, mortisers and shapers, and use hand tools to cut, shape and form parts and components
-Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete units using glue and clamps and reinforce joints using nails, screws, or other fasteners
-Inspecting each completed item to ensure it has been constructed accurately

You have:
-Strong mathematical skills
-Attention to detail
-Problem Solving
-Ability to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing workmanship
-High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
-Physical fitness with the capacity to lift 50lbs
-1-2 years of Carpentry experience
