Job description

Personal Assistance Duties:*

Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars (business and Personal)

* Develop work plan, task list, and project manage responsibilities

* Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning, organization, and office and property maintenance (able to lift 50 pounds)

* Shopping, errands, and manage inventory orders

* Hire and supervise household staff

* Book business travel and family vacations* Make restaurant reservations and plan events

* Research, hire, and supervise vendors and contractors for home projects as needed

* Ensure the routine maintenance of office, homes, vehicles, and health appointments

* Manage philanthropic interests

Administrative Duties:

* Meeting preparation (develop agendas and meeting materials, manage invitations, coordinate venues and logistics, Chair meetings and take minutes), relationship management, event attendance and travel administration

* Manage communications (e-mail, text, phone, website, and video live and recorded)

* Develop, edit, and provide analysis on projects, reports, reviews, research, and documents

* Prepare and coordinate briefing materials, summaries, speaking notes, and correspondences

* Responsible for developing and implementing work plans, research, writing policy papers, collaborate and make recommendations

* Work with Senior leadership, the Board, and clients as needed on strategic planning and innovation initiatives

* Organize speaking engagements and notes

* Create expense reports

* Research, plan, design, develop, implement, and monitor social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Websites)

* Performs other duties as required

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree* Master’s and PhD preferred or equivalent research and publishing experience

* High organizational and time-management skills

* Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills and able to adapt and respond to the unexpected

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal, social skills

* Exceptional ability to contribute positively to a team environment and to work responsibly when independent* Confident, proactive, self-motivated, and organized

* Reliable, responsive, discrete, confidential and diplomatic

* Calm under pressure of short deadlines and unexpected change of plans

Essential:

· Must love animals as this is a pet friendly company

· Valid driver’s licence and reliable access to a vehicle

· Live in Winnipeg, MB (this is not a remote position)

· Be able to professionally represent the company and CEO at all time (business and business casual at all times)

· Flexible schedule during evenings and weekends
