Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2+ years selling personal training and memberships.
• Certified personal trainer with reputable certifications such as DTS, CSEP, CPTN, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent, alongside CPR certification.
• Some form of previous corporate Fitness Sales or outside BtoB sales expereince
• Profound understanding of the fitness industry, including staff management, business acumen, and social media outreach.
• Energetic multitasker capable of mentoring staff, generating leads, and providing floor support.
• Strong communication and social media skills.
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy, somatotype, and functional training.
• Flexible availability and full-time access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly membership goals while overseeing plaza networking & corporate wellness programs
• Conduct fitness consultations, lead generation, and member workshops.
• Guide potential members through club tours, showcasing how we support their fitness goals.
• Actively engage in different lead generation strategies ranging from in-person tours and Zoom calls re the facility and services, to networking events, to messaging potential members on social media

Job Description:

• Certified fitness trainers with outreach capabilities and experience in fitness assessments.
• Savvy individuals capable of meeting KPI targets and community outreach.
• Responsibilities in sales, coaching, and studio promotion.

Compensation Program:

• Monthly Base salary from $2500 to $3500 depending on performance and experience
• 5-10% sales commission on all collected cash
• Membership Sold bonus per month
• Quarterly Bonus based on hitting targets
• Add on an hourly rate of $28-$30 p/hour for sessions of coaching (schedule dependant)

Requirements for the Position:

• Certified Personal Trainer with substantial sales experience (min 1-2 years in fitness based program)
• Strong communication, computer, and social media skills.
• 2+ years of fitness experience and a flexible work schedule.
• Valid CPR and First Aid certification, access to a vehicle, and teamwork skills.

Availability:

• Full-time role: 28-35 hours per week, including evenings and Saturdays 9-1 pm.
