Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer

Black Bar Fitness is seeking a fitness instructor that is responsible for providing high quality coaching and training in a safe environment. Our programs are designed to help athletes achieve their goals inside and outside of the gym. Black Bar athletes are guided, motivated, and coached every step of the way through our unique and structured workouts.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The instructor is responsible for the following:

• Work with clients in various formats ranging from 1:1, semi private and group setting

• Lead daily classes (3-5 per week)

• Build personal training client roster

• Build and manage specialty style programs within the Black Bar Fitness ecosystem

• Guide athletes through daily workouts, while creating a fun and productive atmosphere for them to achieve their goals.

• Understand and demonstrate functional movements, understand and explain the methodology, and have the necessary skills to scale and modify movements and/or workouts for any ability level and/or physical limitation that a member may have.

• Participate in community events that take place throughout the year.

• Assist in keeping all the gym area and its equipment clean and organized.

Salary: $17.00-$35.00 per hour
