Framers Helper

• Overview: Looking for skilled framers with experience in custom homes and commercial framing. Drivers license is a must plus have a vehicle. Supply nail pouch and small tools.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a . As a , you will be responsible for various duties related to blueprint reading, carpentry, concrete finishing, heavy equipment operation, concrete forming, heavy lifting, restoration, power tools, schematics, and building. This is a paid position with opportunities for career growth and development.

Duties:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements
- Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, and building structures
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing and leveling them using hand tools or power tools
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, or cranes to move materials or perform construction tasks
- Form concrete structures by setting up molds or frameworks
- Lift and move heavy materials or equipment as required for construction projects
- Restore damaged structures or surfaces by repairing or replacing components
- Utilize power tools to cut, shape, or assemble materials according to project specifications
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Skills:
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Strong carpentry skills with experience in various construction techniques
- Knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and ability to work with different types of concrete
- Experience operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Ability to perform concrete forming tasks accurately and efficiently
- Capable of lifting heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks
- Familiarity with restoration techniques for damaged structures or surfaces
- Proficient in using power tools for cutting, shaping, or assembling materials
- Ability to understand and follow schematics accurately
