Freelance Skincare Representative

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced skincare expert to join our team on a part time freelance basis. As an on- site skincare expert, you will be responsible for driving sales and executing strategies and initiatives set forth by the company.

Requirements:

• Create and nurture passion for skin care by providing excellent customer experience with a hands-on approach to sales and education to exceed business goals.• Generate and drive sales and education in store.• Build long lasting relationships with clients, provide outstanding customer service and recruit new customers to the brand.• Foster relationships with key retailer partners and in store leadership, and beauty advisors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Will have 2+ years in the retail industry, specifically in beauty and cosmetics.• Should have the ability to travel to multiple locations.• Enjoys meeting and interacting with people with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.• Effective communicator with an entrepreneurial spirit.• Team oriented, a dynamic leader, who is sales driven to achieve targets and motivated to grow with us!

Benefits:

This is a freelance position and does not include employee benefits or a guaranteed number of hours per week. Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
