Gardener/Landscaper

Roch Gardens is looking for part time or full time gardeners to join their team this season!

Roch Gardens provides gardening services to a range of clients in the Hudson/Saint Lazare area as well as in the West Island. Our gardening services include maintenance (weeding, edging, trimming, fertilizing, etc.) as well as the creation of new gardens and renovations of pre-existing gardens (planting, transplanting, etc.). The season ranges from mid April to mid November (weather permitting). We work Monday to Friday, starting at 8am.

Drivers license and access to their own vehicle is a must.

Roch Gardens expects their team members to be respectful to other team members and clients. It is expected that one takes pride in their work product and even if they are not highly experienced in this field, that they will work hard and not be afraid to ask for help or guidance.

Compensation will be based on experience, but ranges from $18 to $28/hour. The crew is treated as self employed, so taxes are not removed from source, but means one can deduct expenses such as gas, tools, cellphone, etc. One will have access to tools, but are expected to have their own gloves (and hand pruners, if possible).
