Job Description:

• Routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing & greeting contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and making proper decisions to have them corrected.
• Performing minor fixed.
• Check functionality & maintenance of safety systems.
• Report to facilities managers of any maintenance issues.

Requirements:

• Some experience in Janitorial, maintenance & repair areas (will provide training).
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read technical manuals.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• The vehicle is a must - with up-to-date stickers and insurance.
• You must be reliable & can work independently.
