GENERAL SALES MANAGER
Core Responsibilities:
Support the Sales Department in meeting its sales quotas and reinforce profit objectives on a daily, monthly and annual basis
Assist Managers in forecasting, including vehicle inventory, gross objectives, expenses and employees
Interview, hire, train, develop, and motivate the Sales Department team
Organize and conduct Sales Department meetings and updates as needed Handle elevated customer issues or complaints until resolution
Identify and implement strategic opportunities for improvement in department processes

Advanced decision-making and problem-solving abilities

Technical Skills & Requirements:
Automotive sales knowledge and experience is required
Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
Commitment to continuous learning to update industry knowledge
