Job Summary

As our Green Goods Stocker, you’ll be quick on your feet and impeccably neat. Responsible for replenishing the plants on the greengoods floor, you play a crucial role in maintaining a tidy and fully replenished display. Your knowledge of plants, enhances your ability to assist team members, ensuring efficiency. Additionally, your ability to work off an App-based stocking list and lift 30 lbs, pushing carts uphill will be assets we are looking for.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting all customers as they walk through the doors
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring the customer takes priority and answers questions
• Keeping the plants on the retail floor stocked
• Help maintain plant displays by cleaning and organizing
• Deadhead and clean up plants
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

• In-depth plant knowledge, is an asset
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve
• Exceptional customer service
