Grounds Keeping

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer needs in a positive and timely manner
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging lawns and maintaining public area's
- Operate power tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently
- Use hand tools to perform various groundskeeping tasks, such as raking leaves or removing weeds, fish pond maintenance
- Keep outdoor areas clean and free of debris
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on the grounds

Skills:

-Customer Service Skills
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Ability to operate riding lawn mowers, gas weed wackers, tractor, telehandler, small trucks, golf cart, gater
- Proficiency in using hand tools for various groundskeeping tasks
- Attention to detail to ensure the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Contract length: 7 months

Salary: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
