The Winnipeg Football Club is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Hiring & Training Coordinator to manage recruitment, scheduling and training of employees within our Food and Beverage and Retail operations at IG Field.
A Hiring & Training Coordinator must be an excellent communicator, and able to foster relationships with employees and external vendors. They should ideally have experience in hiring and onboarding procedures.
The goal is to ensure that the Winnipeg Football Club's Food and Beverage staffing requirements are always met and the employees work in a friendly and supportive environment.
What you will do:
- Hire and schedule over 400 Food and Beverage/Retail employees
- Assist in the Orientation of all employees
- Assist in the training of all employees
- Assist with all aspects of onboarding new employees
- Manage communication with employees regarding interviews, schedules, orientations, and training sessions.
- Data entry and general office duties
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Experience with hiring, onboarding and scheduling of employees is an asset
- Food and Beverage experience is an asset
- Strong Organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with quick decision-making skills
- Evening and weekend availability required
