**Job Description:**

As a Host/Customer Relations Expert, you will play a crucial role in our team by building relationships with homeowners interested in hosting backyard concerts and providing exceptional customer service to attendees. You will be responsible for converting leads into successful event hosts, guiding hosts through the event setup process, and ensuring a seamless experience for ticket holders.

**Responsibilities:**

- Engage with leads via social media platforms and convert them into Zoom calls to discuss hosting opportunities.

- Conduct Zoom calls with potential hosts to explain our hosting process, answer questions, and provide support.

- Collaborate with hosts to strategize ticket sales, promotions, and event logistics to maximize attendance and revenue.

- Provide prompt and courteous support to ticket holders and potential buyers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues as needed.

- Maintain accurate records of event details, guest lists, and ticket sales to ensure smooth event execution.

- Continuously seek feedback from hosts and attendees to improve our hosting experience and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
