We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our soon to be branded 77 room hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all departments, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.
Duties :
- Oversee all aspects of Hotel Operations, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and expenses to achieve profitability goals
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel management software systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
