As a Front Desk Agent/Security, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
- Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents

- Collaborate with the management team to implement security measures and loss prevention strategies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g., reservation systems)
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and financial transactions
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
