Our Calgary client provides care to seniors in our community, and they are seeking a Housekeeping Aide to join their team right away. If you have previous cleaning experience and you’re looking work in a care facility, we’d love to speak with you! Apply today – hiring is underway!
Responsibilities
- Ensures cleanliness of residents’ rooms, as well as public areas
- Stocks and keeps track of cleaning supplies
- Garbage disposal as required
- Completes regularly scheduled cleaning as well as special cleaning assignments
- Interacts positively with guests and staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Able to read, write, and speak in English proficiently
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, stretching, and moving heavy objects. Comfortable with tasks such as mopping, and using cleaning equipment.
- Knowledgeable on how to use cleaning equipment and supplies
- Desire to provide quality care to guests
- Positive attitude works well with a team to provide excellent care
