-Responsibilities:
Full-cycle recruitment, payroll management, and employee benefits administration.
Coordination of training, month-end support, and HR analysis.
-Cultural & Operational Promotion:
Fostering engagement, upholding company values, and ensuring safety programs.
Proposing innovations, implementing best practices, and coaching on employee relations.
-Versatile HR Support:
Assisting HR Manager with diverse tasks, including accounting administration.
            Collaborating on safety culture, supporting supervisors, and proposing strategic solutions.

-Relevant Experience: 
High School Diploma 
College diploma in Human Resources 
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
Knowledge of Success Factors and Ultimate considered an asset
