To achieve this goal, we are seeking a HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in talent development and the implementation of our new human resource management system.

The HR Advisor will work within the HR team to support all business units across the organization. A key focus area for the role will be talent management which includes advancing leadership development, implementing individual development plans, managing the performance review process, and developing training materials for managers and employees. The HR Advisor will also be key in supporting the implementation process of the company’s new HR information system (UKG). Taking initiative to learn the system components, user administration, and the various modules will be essential to ensure all employees are trained and fully utilizing the system.

Experience in human resources, specifically related to talent management and/or HR system implementation (preferably within the industrial sector), combined with a university degree is required.
