Form of workManpower has partnered with one of the leading banks, that is looking for full time HR Specialist for 6 months contract.
Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Toronto
Duration: 6 months
Pay Rate: $50/hr on T4
Description: Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 5-7 years of experience in HR or customer service-related field
2. 3-5 years of configuration experience with SAP SuccessFactors
3. 2-3 years of configuration experience with Recruitment, Performance, Succession and OMP
4. Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices (i.e., equal employment opportunity and affirmative action)
5. Must have standard Business Analyst skills
o Gather requirements from business units and working with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
NICE TO HAVE:
* Previous exposure to the banking industry/financial services
* SAP SuccessFactors certification is an asset
* Bilingual in English and Spanish would be an asset
* Experience with agile methodology
Degrees or certifications:
* Post-secondary degree
