AddressWe are seeking heating and air conditioning service technicians. This is a home service position, so you'll be dealing with homeowners every day. A strong affinity for working with people a requirement. You must be able to work independently and hold yourself to a very high standard of excellence in workmanship and customer service. Technical Skills:
- I can diagnose, troubleshoot and repair furnaces in residential applications including atmospherically vented, inducer driven mid-efficient, and condensing furnaces.
- I can diagnose, troubleshoot and repair air conditioners in residential applications including R22 systems and R410A systems.
- I can perform simple system checks.
- I can complete comprehensive maintenance services.
- I can set up and teach/demonstrate to homeowners the latest thermostat technology, including wifi enabled systems.
- I can diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC accessories such as ultraviolet lights, humidifiers and filtration systems.
Non-Technical Attributes:

- I am well spoken and confident
- I can write intelligent summaries of my work
- I can follow and complete forms
- I have strong enough verbal skills to help customers understand technical situations without getting too technical
