Job Title: In-House IT Specialist**

To help support our growing needs, we are seeking an experienced In-House IT Specialist to join our team.

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a talented and motivated In-House IT Specialist with a minimum of 2 years experience in a diverse range of technologies and platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in CRM systems, networking, CMS platforms, and SaaS solutions. This role is crucial for maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring system efficiency, and providing tech support to optimize our internal processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Create ,administer and maintain our internal CRM systems to support sales and customer service operations.
- Manage and troubleshoot networking issues to ensure stable and secure connections across the company.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of CMS platforms, ensuring content is up-to-date and the website runs smoothly.
- Implement and manage SaaS solutions, optimizing them to meet the specific needs of our various departments.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, helping them utilize our systems and software effectively.
- Collaborate with external vendors and IT service providers as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending upgrades and improvements to keep our systems current and competitive.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, with a strong background in CRM's, networking, CMS's, and SaaS.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing outstanding support to our team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to professional growth.
