SalaryResponsibilities:
- Inside Sales – meeting or exceeding monthly targets, maintaining existing customer accounts, quoting customers, cold calls, “hunting” for new business opportunity to grow sales pipeline (via phone, email and social media), identifying decision makers/influencers within an organization, preparing calls list, utilizing call times and maintaining a high volume of customer calls.
- Corresponding with suppliers
- Support Office Manager and VP, as required
- Support daily office procedures (customer quotes, processing orders, quality control), as required. Additional duties may be added based on requirements.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets, as required.

Education/Experience:
- Post-secondary education in sales/marketing or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in an office environment
- Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales/cold calls
- Professional demeanor and selling style
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional verbal and communication and listening skills
- Quick excellent computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Other:
- Hours – Monday to Friday – 8:30am-4:30pm
- Paid vacation and holidays
- Raises based on performance
- Wage - $40,000-$50,000 annually, depending on experience
