Position Description
Reporting to Mosaic Home Services Inside Sales Manager, Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for communicating with a variety of clients on behalf of all our affiliated brands. This includes the following:
- Interacting with clients on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Answering client questions in a professional manner
- Providing estimates over the phone, via email, and through social media sites based on pre-set pricing structures
- Booking appointments into a CRM System (HubSpot)
- Keeping track of dozens of conversations per day using a CRM System
- Helping to develop best practices and procedures to achieve sales
- Developing & sending cost estimates to clients via email through a Field Service Management Tool (Jobber)
- Communicating effectively with other inside sales team members
The ideal candidate must:
- Have a background in communication, sales, and marketing
- Be able to learn quickly about multiple products and services
- Be adaptable to changing and competing deadlines
- Be a google drive and google suite expert
- Have comfort speaking to clients over the phone
- Be able to communicate effectively in person, on the phone, and in writing
