Our client is a leader in the Food Industry who is seeking an Instructional Designer for a project to help build Global Onboarding training. As an organization they are committed to quality. They are looking for an Instructional Designer who has strong experience gathering requirements, working with SMEs to build corporate training, and a passion for adult learning methodologies.
The Role
The Instructional Designer will work with Subject Matter Experts and Business Partners to build learning solutions which will be used for onboarding globally. This will involve gathering requirements, working with SMEs, creation of content and learning materials (Instructor Led, eLearning, Job Aids, etc..)
Your Skills and Experience
Demonstrated experience as an Instructional Designer, with samples to show your skills
Comfort working in ADDIE and Agile environments
Have a strong understanding of the full learning development cycle – needs assessment through to delivery
Experience developing onboarding training
Strong skills with Articulate Storyline 360
Strong skills with Microsoft Office 365

You have a passion for learning and development and have worked to develop onboarding training in the past. You're looking to join a great organization which is working to develop a culture of learning. You have experience developing training for a variety of delivery methods, and the various materials that go along with it.
