AddressWe have partnered with a Public Accounting Firm in North York that is looking for several strong candidates that can be part of their team. The first role is perfect for those that love to complete NTR as well as corporate and personal tax returns (at the intermediate/senior level).
The second role is primarily the completion of small to mid sized audit files. You would take ownership for the entire file and or sections of larger files. This role is suited for people at the audit senior/intermediate level.
The firm is a CPA training organization. Work from home, hybrid or in office is available. This is a well established firm that is looking for a candidate that can grow within the firm. The firm looks after NTR, Review and Audit files.
Duties:
- Prepare and complete complicated Notice To Reader files from Trial Balance including all lead sheets and working papers. Prepare full audit files from planning to completion and or sections of larger files.
- Prepare corporate and personal tax returns
- Participate in tax planning
- Lead and distribute files for junior staff
- Review work of junior staff (if applicable)
- Client facing regarding questions
- CRA contact person
Requirements:
- 3 plus years with a public accounting firm
- Caseware exposure asset
- Quickbooks exposure an asset
- Pursuing or designated CPA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
