Inventory Control Specialist

Overview
Emmerson Pools and Spa are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Control Specialist to join our team for the 2024 Season. As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring efficient supply chain operations, and supporting order fulfillment processes. Duties
- Collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, order fulfillment, and materials management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and perform regular audits to identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and optimize storage space
- Generate reports on inventory performance and trends
- Implement best practices for Inventory Control, including cycle counting and stock replenishment strategies

Requirments
- Proven experience in inventory management or materials management roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and their functionalities
- Familiarity with supply chain processes, order fulfillment, and sourcing strategies
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Salary: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
