Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Lead IT Workforce Planning analyses, aligning staffing needs with organizational goals.

·       Collaborate with HR to maintain accurate workforce tracking systems.

·       Evaluate and improve workspace utilization for optimal efficiency.

·       Generate and present IT-centric reports to stakeholders.

·       Align Workforce Planning strategies with IT project timelines.

Requirements and Qualifications: 

·       Bachelor’s degree in a related field

·       Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Workforce Planning and space management.

·       Proficiency in workforce management tools and software, including SAP, Workday, and Oracle.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data within an IT context.

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

·       Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in data analysis.

·       Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving IT environment.
