Responsibilities
- Managing development projects leveraging Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Coordinate and collaborate across IT, Technology and other areas of the firm where needed to deliver bodies of work on time and on budget
- Document and implement best practices and procedures for sound project management within IT
- Maintain budget tracking and IT spending reporting
- Develop solutions for automating specific activities around repetitive tasks
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management
- Good understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycles
- Strong project management skills within the Information Technology space
- Proven methods for validating and quantifying project viability based on resource capacity
- High-level knowledge of IT infrastructure and critical technologies such as Cloud, virtualization, automation, support, operations, data and technologies
- Strong project management planning, reporting, and dashboarding
- Experience with Atlassian collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of modern software architecture and SDLC using Agile
- Strong business analysis and business intelligence experience
- Excellent PowerPoint/Project skills and expertise
- Strong time management and negotiation experience
- Ability to facilitate scrums
- Knowledge in Fund Accounting, Portfolio Finance, Reference Data
- ITIL, PMP, CSM, or other accredited project management certifications
- Experience with SQL queries, data transformation
