As an experienced brand communications professional, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects, from full campaigns and branding to content creation on social networks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Install new computers, printers and software.
Communicate electronically and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties to identify and document problems;
Reproduce, diagnose and solve technical problems experienced by users;
Provide advice and training to users in response to difficulties encountered;
Provide support to administrative, network and Internet system users in response to identified difficulties;
Participate in the drafting of new specifications for applications or other software.

What we are looking for:
Observational and analytical skills
Rigorous, logical, organized and ability to work under pressure
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in IT.
Diploma (DEC, AEC or DEP) in computer science;
Experience with Microsoft products such as Windows 8/10/11, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, and Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP (Window Server)
Certifications A+, Network+, Office 365, CCNA, CCNP (asset)
Knowledge or interest in IT security, cybersecurity
Fluency in French and English, for communication with internal and external stakeholders.
