In your role, you will:
- Provide leadership to a team in the implementation of various infrastructure, equipment and development projects in order to support operational, legal and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor budgets, schedules and quality of projects.
- Develop and maintain an investment plan in line with senior management priorities.
- Determine and obtain the human, material and financial resources to carry out the work.
- Define objectives and ensure everyone's full performance.
- Recruit and train new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure continuous improvement, in particular by using the problem-solving process.
- Exercise your leadership while respecting the vision and values of Bombardier Aerospace.
- Coach your team to develop talent within the organization.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You have a university degree or college diploma in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, architecture or equivalent experience.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in managing employees is an asset.
- You have very strong management and communication skills.
- You have excellent leadership skills.
- You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic.
- You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, are results-oriented, and comfortable with tight delivery deadlines.
- You have a sense of organization and attention to detail.
- You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis, you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications while demonstrating an excellent command of French and a good knowledge of English.
