Bruce Power is currently executing one of North America’s largest infrastructure projects. Our Major Component Replacement project will ensure clean, reliable electricity for Ontario residents for decades to come.

Situated on the shore of Lake Huron, Bruce Power operates eight nuclear reactors and provides electricity to one in three homes, hospitals, schools and businesses in Ontario and medical isotopes across the globe to keep medical equipment sterilized and assist in fighting disease. Our long-term infrastructure project will see us completely refurbish six of our eight reactors – you could be part of this!

Program Manager, Projects

This role is accountable for leading and safely delivering large-scale, highly complex infrastructure projects or a number of inter-related capital projects that correctly balance the competing demands of safety, quality, schedule and cost.
Experience

8 years of experience as a mid to senior-level Project Manager, with at least 5 years of running complex infrastructure projects in a safety-critical or regulated environment.

Experience in Nuclear Projects is strongly desired.

Senior Program Manager, Projects

This role is accountable for leading and safely delivering multiple large scale inter-related capital projects that correctly balance the competing demands of quality, scope, time, and cost. Such projects may include nuclear refurbishment work, new builds, or other support infrastructure repair, improvement, or new construction and have national importance and visibility.
Experience

10 years’ experience, up to and including 12 years' as a mid-level or higher program/project manager leading infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years of running complex projects in a safety critical environment.

Experience in Nuclear Projects is strongly desired.

Manager, Construction
This role provides construction expertise and services for all phases of the construction project including ensuring that engineering requirements are met, scope, schedule, budget and risk is defined, controlled, met and mitigated.

Experience

6 years of construction experience, with 3 years in nuclear power with responsibility for construction of complex, safety systems.

Senior Program Manager, Construction

This role will have overall strategic and operational responsibility in providing safe, reliable and effective construction services for multiple large scale programs and projects. The position is responsible for driving the overall strategy, through the effective delivery of large-scale capital projects.

Experience

10 years’ experience, up to and including 12 years as a mid-level or higher manager in a construction related function. 5 years must be in complex design-build projects in a safety critical environment.

Program Manager, Project Controls

This role supports the Project teams by providing services and resources for cost and estimating, comprehensive planning and risk and change management processes, tools and methodologies. They assist with the establishment and developing process improvements of project budgets and project control tools, for large-scale multimillion dollar projects and/or portfolios.
Experience

8 years’ experience and up to and including 10 years of progressive management experience in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience with Project Controls.

Senior Program Manager, Project Controls
This role supports program and project teams by providing services and resources in the areas of scheduling, estimating, cost management, risk management, change and trend management including project forecasting and project performance measurement, project reporting and associated key performance indicators.
Experience

10 years’ experience, up to and including 12 years' with Project Controls on large capital projects.

Executive Roles – Projects, Construction and Project Controls
In these roles, you will possess significant infrastructure project experience. You will provide overall leadership for directing construction preparation and execution of work to achieve effective delivery of results.
Experience

15 years’ experience and demonstrated experience in the most senior Projects role in your organization running complex projects in a safety critical environment.

Experience in Nuclear Projects is required.
