In partnership with the Diversity, Inclusion and Talent team, you will be responsible for program management, which involves defining, developing and deploying various development and learning programs for Bombardier employees and managers. In your role, you will be asked to use andragogy best practices to facilitate workshops, webinars or training sessions in order to maximize learning transfer. You will also be called upon to identify learners' needs, contribute to the improvement of development and learning services, tools and resources.

You will work closely with management, managers and members of the human resources team in addition to building long-term relationships with our stakeholders including suppliers, trainees, and other clients.

In your role, you will:

  • Facilitate and conduct workshops, webinars and other professional development training on various topics and skills.
  • Use effective learning methods and instructional approaches
  • Define, develop and deploy learning strategies and training programs;
  • Support the various business sectors by providing consulting and coaching services
  • Identify priorities, analyze and respond to learning and development needs.
  • Understand the issues and challenges in learning and development and formulate recommendations in line with best practices
  • Develop and promote the Bombardier Learning Academy to provide accessible and relevant tools to our employees to support their personal development and career management.

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
  • You have a university degree in human resources, industrial relations, business administration, education or any other relevant field;
  • You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting, workshop facilitation or training in human resources, talent management, organizational development.
  • You have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • You are resourceful, autonomous and have a sense of initiative
  • You are a team player and collaborate with others
  • You are able to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment
  • You are organized and creative in problem solving
  • You are rigorous and pay attention to details.
  • You are fluent in French and English, both orally and in writing.
