We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver for a person with disability to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in improving the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being.
```Responsibilities:```
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with dementia care and provide support for individuals with memory loss
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of patient care techniques and practices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
- Familiarity with medication administration is a plus
- Experience working with persons with disability a plus
-Experience with Gtube a plus
-High School Diploma or equivalent
