We're looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Kamloops, BC dealership as a Lot Attendant. This is a Full-Time, Regular position.
The Lot Attendant is directly responsible for ensuring that all Sales Department indoor and outdoor showrooms and lots, are at all times 100% presentable on the location property. Unit movement and presentation should be within the Sales Department guidelines at all times.

- Moves all units and ensure the lots are arranged neatly (string line straight rows)
- Ensure slides, jacks and compartment doors are stowed away before moving units
- Showroom, Main Lot, and Storage Lot layout and maintenance
- Reporting all building exterior related issues to the GM office
- Ensure one of each floorplan is on display on the lot
- Ensure motorized units are turned on and have adequate fuel every two (2) weeks
- Ensure customer parking is always available
- Check & report mileage/km’s on motorized units monthly
- Report any lot damage immediately (with stock # and pictures) to supervisor
- Report any unit maintenance/defects to supervisor immediately
- Keep golf carts charged and maintained (washed monthly and batteries topped up)
- Ensure Fraserway tire covers and license plate inserts are on all applicable product
- After moving units, ensure they are fully opened, detailed and fully displayable
- Ensure all units have legible stock numbers on A-frames or king pins
- Any other items as directed by your supervisor, sales manager or designate
- Customer orientations (training provided)
