**Travel Arrangements:**

- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly through virtual channels, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.

**Cultural Knowledge:**
- Stay informed about the latest trends, cultural events, and luxury offerings to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or a related field.
- Excellent virtual communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of attractions, dining, and entertainment options.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Solid time management, organizational, and customer service skills are a must.
- You should be proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with Google tools and reservation systems like Sabre is important.

Salary: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
