Develop your full potential, sustainably
Embrace your true self by unfolding your expertise within the sales team of our group Cascades Speciality Group:  
* Please note that this role is based at our St-Bruno's location *
-Manage mainly 2-3 «Diamond" and "Gold" accounts (50M$ portfolio) in the food and packaging industry
-Develop and manage strategic account plans according to established guidelines to grow revenues
-Build and maintain strong relationships with as many key contacts/decision-makers as possible within customers’ organization and foster a long-lasting strategic partnership with them
-Work closely with the Marketing function to gain a solid understanding of the business lines (growth, trends, customers, competitive positioning) and share your vision for Major Account rankings
-Supported by our financial and pricing teams, perform customer quotation and pricing for key accounts based on margin ranges
-Manage contract creation and negotiation for your key accounts
-Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting to the team
-Facilitate the integration and ensure coherent customer approach among Cascades business units

You too, put forward your strengths: 
 
-You have a 5 years experience in sales in the food, packaging or manufacturing industry
-You have a strong environnemental spirit and share cascades' values on sustainable development
-You are both a farmer and a hunter: you know how to maintain a high level of customer support, but you're also curious and ambitous to offer inovative solutions to grow revenues and develop strategic plans
-You are confortable to use and update the CRM SAP-C4C, as well as analytic tools like Power BI and Excel (advanced level)
-You show strong leadership and judgment, great communication and customer-facing skills. Negotation has no secret for you.
-You have the ability to bring cross-functional teams to work collaboratively and efficiently in a matrix structure environment
-You must be fluent in French & English as our clients are located in North America (Canada & United States)
