Position Responsibilities
Facilitate weekly coaching and feedback sessions with New Account Specialists (NAS) and Credit Card Administrators, reviewing individual quality and productivity results against performance Scorecards
Effectively monitor the daily inventory/pipeline for administrative and onboarding processes, motivating staff and re-allocating resources to ensure targets are being achieved consistently
Partner with vendors to resolve day-to-day client and technical issues
Support launch of new systems, products and services as required
Challenge the status quo, looking for ways to increase efficiencies and move to a more digital workflow
Ensure all internal & external audit requirements are met, with appropriate documents
Incorporate all AML, compliance laws and regulations into the daily operations of the department
Formal Education
Secondary School Graduation Diploma required
Post secondary degree or diploma preferred in Administration or equivalent
Related Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Industry, with credit card experience as an asset
- 3-5 years of previous People Leadership/ Management experience
- Experience working in a Risk and Compliance environment within the Financial Services Industry is an asset.
