Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure efficient and effective operation of the department or team
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve organizational goals
- Drive sales and meet or exceed targets through effective sales strategies
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to communicate with diverse customers or employees

Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, demonstrating strong leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively train, develop, and motivate a team
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Bilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to communicate with diverse customers or employees
- Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts or reach agreements
