Marketing Communications Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to drive clinic awareness and generate clientele
- Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to optimize performance
- Create engaging content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, and social media posts
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing

- Communications with staff, sending out policy updates and other clinic information

- Answering phones and understanding what we offer in clinic as to assist in booking appointments in the clinic

Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Proficient in HTML5, WordPress, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools
- Strong understanding of product management, e-commerce, and digital advertising
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
