Marketing Coordinator

1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote sea cucumber products in Asia, Europe and North America.

2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new market opportunities

3. Create and maintain social media accounts to promote products and respond to customer inquiries

4. Assist in designing marketing materials, including posters and images

5. Keep promotional materials ready and maintain inventory

6. Plan and coordinate participation in industry events and trade shows

7. Collect and analyze customer feedback and market data

8. Prepare marketing reports summarizing sales data and market trends

9. Support sales staff by providing sales data, market analysis, and product information

10. Research competitive products and maintain research databases

11. Monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies as necessary

12. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales and market share

Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. At least 3 years of experience in international marketing and market research, preferably in the health supplement and traditional Chinese medicine industry.

3. Proficient in English and having basic communication skills in French can be advantage.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze market trends.

6. Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies.

7. Experience in managing and coordinating events and trade shows.

8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

9. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

10. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

11. Knowledge of the seafood, traditional Chinese Medicine and health supplement industry and related regulations and standards.

12. Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people.

13. Familiarity with import/export operations.

14. Knowledge of international trade and marketing practices, with experience in at least three of the following regions: Asia, North America and Europe.

15. Ability to present and speak confidently as a representative of the company.
