What will your typical day look like?
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be part of a national internal marketing agency, responsible for end-to-end support of marketing and communications campaigns. You will be part of a team that supports the development of various marketing tactics both in a national and regional capacity. In this fast-paced role, you will work closely to support your team in project managing marketing campaigns, so they are on time, on schedule and on budget; all while delivering ROI. This role reports into the Head of Creative Reporting and is part of the Experiential team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of marketing and communications campaigns or campaign initiatives. This may include but is not limited to such tactics as collateral and thought ware development, event planning, online activity, direct mail, sponsorships, speakers' programs, internal communications and/or eminence programs.
- Coordinate translation, proofreading, and other marketing functions
- Maintain results from marketing initiatives
- Support the team on reporting return-on-investment (ROI) resulting from marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing lists and initiatives within CRM as required
- Collaborate with other members of the team, including digital, creative, editorial, and public relations and others, to deliver seamless service to internal clients
- Champion the brand both internally and externally
- Support the events planning process including producing nametags, coordinating printing of collaterals, making reservations and sending materials on events site.
- Maintenance of Workfront tasks, closing activations, pulling reports etc.
- Other administrative requests as required
A successful candidate should have:
- Minimum 1-2 years of marketing and communications experience including project management, preferably in an agency or professional services environment
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong research, project management, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work confidently and enthusiastically with all levels of an organization
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) and database management experience
- Aptitude for working with technology
- Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Self-starter, independent and proactive, who will show initiative and bring forward new ideas to the team
- Desire to work in a team-based environment on multiple projects
- Workfront software experience is an asset
