Purpose: Provide each guest with exceptional treatment/experience and high quality or service. Have the ability to assess client needs, recommend a treatment plan, and educate clients on the maintenance of their well-being.
Job Duties: Greet and treat clients with a welcoming and inclusive attitude. Interview clients to determine the required massage method. Assess the clients medical history, symptoms, and other relevant information before treatment. Apply proper pressure to the client to avoid injuries and bruising. Consult with other health practitioners to provide the clients with the best therapy. Maintain records of treatments. Sanitize materials between clients to ensure the health and safety of clients are protected. On occasion may perform reception duties, e.g. answer the phone, book appointments, ring up customers, etc. General cleaning in downtime. Attend and participate in company meetings and training.
