Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present and demonstrate products or services to customers
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
- Utilize Matco Tools software to track sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Valid G level Ontario drivers license
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Knowledge of products and services inside the automotive industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft software, and general computer operations
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
